We Still Do! Mr and Mrs Evans Vow Renewal

Vow renewals aren't overly common, and if I'm being totally honest here, it's the first one I've ever photographed. And I'm glad my first experience was with the most beautiful couple, Mr and Mrs Evans.
Hearing Tara-Jade and David's story was so inspiring. They've had a rough year to say the least, and the best way they could think of to thank all their friends and family for making the last 12 months passable was to say We Still Do, 13 years to the day of their first wedding at St John the Baptist's Church.
Married by the same Vicar Paul, the day was as magical as a "first" wedding. The bridesmaids were stunning, the groomsmen scrubbed up well, and the atmosphere was just full of love and excitement. There was even a little bit of pre-wedding stress getting everyone out the door on time to make it feel truly authentic!
Mid-April is my favourite time of year - it's cherry blossom season! And St John the Baptist's Church as THE MOST BEAUTIFUL cherry blossom tree in the churchyard. The absolute perfect backdrop for Tara-Jade and David to execute their perfectly practiced drop-kiss. Honestly... stunning! Check it out for yourself below!
Although it was a vow renewal, the day honestly felt as special as a wedding would feel. The love between Tara-Jade and David was so obvious - and if I'm truly honest, probably more obvious than fresh newly weds! It clearly runs deep, through thick and thin and you just know it's going to last forever. You are both truly inspiring and your children are so, so lucky to have such amazing parents to look up to.
I wish you guys many many happy years ahead, and perhaps we do it all again in 2038? I'll save the date!
